I’m so blissful that the people I was with and I made the move to have our a/c machine taken care of this warm season.
A good buddy of mine had a pretty major a/c machine breakdown last year & it ended up costing her thousands of dollars.
She told me that the air conditioning supplier told her that if she had her a/c machine property looked after, at least once a year, this could have been avoided completely… I have to admit, I never have my a/c machine checked out professionally. I change the filter myself as needed and that is all that I do. I only call out the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C professionals when the people I was with and I have some sort of a breakdown with the HVAC. usually it does not cost a bunch of cash. But still, it’s always better to be safe than sorry. So I made sure to reach out to the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C machine professionals to come out & service our air conditioning machine early in the warm season. They came out with all kinds of cleaning chemicals & they took the condenser apart completely & cleaned the fan blades & did all sorts of stuff to our machine. But the main reason I’m glad that I called them was because the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C machine professionals also alerted me to another concern I did not realize we were facing. They told me that our sizzling water heater was actually leaking a good amount of water & that we should have it fixed immediately. Sure enough, I went outside & looked at our air conditioning machine & I noticed that our sizzling water heater really was leaking. I’m pretty sure I saw mold beginning to grow. So I’m calling out a plumber a little bit later. I truly feel that the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C professionals caught it early enough so there really isn’t much water disfigurement or mold growing. I’m totally thankful for that.
