I was laboring from my household the other day and I started feeling legitimately warm.
It was a stressful day on the phones all day.
I just thought I was sizzling because my heart rate was up. When I finally got a short break, I made the choice to check my temperature control anyway. Sure enough, my temperature control was set to 73 degrees however it was 80 degrees in the household. I did not have time to deal with the air conditioner device while I was in my break so I turned the temperature control off and then back on and hoped that it would work better. I then worked the last 2 hours of my work shift. I could tell that the air conditioner was still not laboring, which meant I could not relax after my work day. Instead, I had to call out an air conditioner service corporation to come out and take care of the problem. It ended up taking the air conditioner service corporation 4 hours to arrive at our household. By then, it was close to 85 degrees in our household. Even though it was dark outside, the temperature does not go down much in this area of the country during the night. I’m happy because the air conditioner device workers were able to fix our air conditioner device in less than 30 minutes. They changed out a motor part or something. I’m not really sure exactly what the part does however I do think that as soon as it was updated, our air conditioner turned back on. I’m so thankful for that. It took close to another hour for our household to cool down enough for me to sleep but at least I knew I would be cool and comfortable while laboring at my household the following day.
