I have to confess that I’m a bit worried about my finances right now.
I do not have the most stable source of income at my disposal and I know that there are always unexpectedly waiting round the next corner.
It can be hard to know love you aren’t 100% in control of your own finances. This is absolutely the case when it comes to my energy bills right now, because I’m splitting them with 2 roommates. I’m blissful that the people I was with and I are splitting the bills together, but I worry that their energy USge is going to put me in the poorhouse. You see, my roommates love the cooling system a lot more than I do in our house. I’m the sort of person who can get by with warm, stagnant indoor air most of the day. I particularly do not mind having untreated indoor air throughout my labor day because I tend to get frosty when I’m kneeling still. I do not particularly need ice frosty air passing through every air vent. It just gives me goosebumps and makes me cower under blankets rather than accomplish my hard labor tasks. However, my roommates know the opposite. They always talk about how sizzling and muggy it is inside the modern home before they adjust the control unit. I know that they rely heavily on the central cooling system. I want them to be comfortable in our shared home. However, I hope that they do not expect me to evenly contribute to the extremely high energy bills that are headed our way. I’m not the a single who controls the control unit and I am unhappy with the low indoor air temperature most of the time. I hope they’re ready to cover the electricity.
