Some people are just lucky I guess.
I always like to keep my heating and cooling system in an impeccable state.
I am always making sure to keep routine HVAC maintenance and I even have my own HVAC plan. I not only always get heating and cooling maintenance, but I am always changing out a/c filters, and cleaning both my furnace and A/C system. I usually take off the cover and clean the insides by taking out my vacuum cleaner sucking out all dirt, debris and sticks that might have gotten trapped inside. Then I usually take a small scrub brush and gently clean the coils and the outside of the air conditioning device. I do the same for my heater. Because of my constant care of my furnace and A/C device, I never have problems with my HVAC system. I haven’t called a HVAC professional for a air conditioning component repair in over 10 years, because of the great shape my heater and A/C are in. Eventually I think I will upgrade to something better. Now, why are some people lucky? Because my friend Steven got his AC unit installed around the same time as I did, and he has also done incredibly well, even though he does the bare minimum which is changing the a/c filter. Most people’s air conditioning would have broken down a long time ago, so he’s lucky. I know though, if he doesn’t bother taking care of his cooling device, it’s eventually going to catch up to him, it’s only a matter of time.
