The next thing you think it’s running across the floor & damaging anything enjoy boxes or even worse, electrical stuff
I just don’t like even the thought of water disfigure. That’s the sort of thing that haunts our dreams. I have seen what a leak can do to a home. Not only does it mangle floor, appliances & all that, it also invites mold growth on a immense time level. Mold remediation is not cheap. This is the main reason that I make sure that our Heating & Air Conditioning drip line is never blocked up. Where I live, the Heating & Air Conditioning is running much of the year in an effort to cool our home. As the Heating & Air Conditioning is doing its job there comes with it an amount of condensate. Heating & Air Conditioning systems are designed to have that condensate flow outside through a drip line. But, those drip lines can get all jammed up with grass, leaves & that kind of stuff. I make sure to wet vac the drip line opening on the outside of the house. This pulls out any stuff that could lead to a condensate back up. A associate of mine had a bunch of stuff ruined in her garage due to condensate back up. The drip line for the Heating & Air Conditioning gets blocked & then the water simply overflows the pan under the air handler. The next thing you think it’s running across the floor & damaging anything enjoy boxes or even worse, electrical stuff. It may seem a bit paranoid but, there is just no way that I will let Heating & Air Conditioning condensate ruin anything in our home or cause a horrible mold problem. And, it doesn’t take much to prevent such a thing. Just a bit of proactive Heating & Air Conditioning repair.
