Yesterday was the 4th of July and it was a very hot day and night! We have a tradition as most do with watching a fireworks show.
- However, it was so darn hot out that all we wanted to do was sit at home in the indoor comfort of our central heating and air conditioning system.
We were not totally out of luck though, because we live near the stadium where they have the yearly fireworks show. So we were actually able to stay at home in total indoor comfort of our central air conditioning system and watch the fireworks from our living room window! It was really nice. While the rest of the town was having to deal with the bad heat, we were enjoying our central air conditioning system really nicely and having the best of both worlds! The air conditioning made it feel like it was the fall time of the year and all of us truly had that perfect indoor comfort. My youngest son even told me that was quite happy sitting in the indoor comfort of our central air conditioning system rather than having to deal with the outside heat. Also, by staying in with our central air conditioning system and watching the fireworks from the living room window we got to avoid all the big crowds which was also a good thing. As long as we all live here at this address, I think even next 4th of July we will just stay in the indoor comfort of our central air conditioning system. It is much better for everyone this way.
