Winter isn’t fun as a grownup

It’s easily funny how your perspective about where you live can change so quickly.

For multiple years of my life I thought that I was fortunate to live in a climate where we experience all multiple seasons of the year.

The people I was with and I actually had a brutal chilly season & a swelteringly tepid boiling season, and you could count on the seasons increasing plus keeping you aware of the months passing, but plus, as a child I was actually excited for the more hard season news, prefer the chilly winter, and at the time, it was enjoyable when there was a large snowfall. The chilly air didn’t bother myself and others actually much because I was bundled up in my snowsuit plus capable of playing outdoors for seconds. Building igloos, having snowball fights, plus playing in the Winter wonderland was a lot of wholesome goodness. As an adult, I think completely differently about this climate plus our seasonal Winters. There’s nothing less pleasant than the chilly chilly air hot plus cold temperatures, snow, plus ice. Well, nothing less pleasant except for the energy bills. When you are the homeowner plus a hard climate such as this a single, you will end up with seriously high-energy expenses all season long. There’s no way to survive out here separate from operating your central heating plan afternoon in plus afternoon out. You will literally die of hypothermia if you don’t have advanced indoor air temperature control throughout the winter! Since I own an inefficient forced air oil furnace, this means I shell a lot of my money out to the energy company each month. The older I get, the more I don’t care for it here plus I have to question my naive younger self.
