They need more employees

I can not stand it when I have to call a customer service phone number and have to remain on hold for over a half an hour! That is really bad customer service in my humble opinion.

  • When I called the customer service line for the brand of central heating and air conditioning system I had, it was even worse than that! I had to call the heating and air conditioning customer service line to get my warranty in place for the brand new central HVAC unit I had just bought.

And would you believe I ended up on hold for over an hour! I don’t think i ever waited on hold that long in my life with any customer service! When I finally got one of the heating and air conditioning brand reps on the phone I complained about the wait. They gave me some scripted rebuttal type answer, which I expected. But the point is, they need to hire more employees at this place! I wouldn’t doubt if they only have about 50 customer service reps or less at whatever call center was handling this heating and air conditioning brand’s customer service. Having poor customer service can come in all shapes and forms so to speak. And one of those is not having enough people to handle the customers a business has. Especially when it comes to heating and air conditioning related businesses, they need to simply have many more people on staff to provide great customer service! I hope I never have to call these people again, because it ruined my day totally.
