Last week when I was traveling for work, it was just a complete disaster of a trip. Nothing seemed to go right for me the entire time I was traveling, including the air conditioning system at the hotel where I ended up staying. Whenever I had booked the trip, I had read the reviews on the hotel and they had all been really great reviews. Everyone was talking about how great the indoor air quality in the hotel suites were. They said that the heating and cooling systems in the separate hotel rooms were fantastic. They have one of those ductless mini splits in each room so they don’t ever have to worry about the ventilation ducts in the hotel. I love the rooms that are like that, because I don’t have to be concerned about the temperature settings in the rest of the hotel. I really like to turn the A/C down really low when I’m sleeping, especially when I’m in a hotel. I don’t ever really have to worry about running up the cost of my cooling bills when I’m staying in a hotel. But when I’m at home, I always worry about how much I’m causing my air conditioning bills to go up. I hardly ever turn my A/C down as far as I would really like to. In hotels, it’s a totally different story, though. Anyway, that week everything was going wrong from my car tearing up to getting a big zit right in the middle of my forehead. It ended up with the night in the hotel being terribly hot without any air conditioning at all!
