Being able to work as an independent heating & cooling dealer I have to take care of all my own HVAC gear, and with that responsibility means that I have to find my own HVAC company to get all my heat & a/c products from wholesale, however unluckily, in my area there is only a single heating & air conditioner company that has wholesale offers for independent HVAC dealers.
- And this heating & air conditioner company is easily strenuous to deal with! The people that job there do not communicate easily well with each other which results in a lot of orders getting screwed up, & a whole lot of setbacks to us HVAC dealers that try to deal with them.
Please trust me, if there was another heating & air conditioner company close to myself and others that had wholesale deals for us independent heating & air conditioner dealers, I would stop dealing with these people in a heartbeat! However until this ends up going down, myself and others & the other independent heating & air conditioner dealers have no choice other than to pucker up & deal with their unprofessional & lack of communication ways. Just the other day I had to order a bunch of motors for a certain brand of central heating & cooling systems, but when I went to option up the order it was lost! It took them a whole afternoon to actually locate my order & have it ready for me. This is just a tiny example of some of the things I have had to deal with by using this heat & a/c business.
