I left the A/C running last night, and that was obviously a big mistake.
Yesterday, it was genuinely warm in our house, and well, technically, it was also genuinely warm outside of our house, however since I am mainly focused on the temperature inside of our own home, that is what we are going to focus on.
Right now, we are stuck in the limbo area of springtime when you never think which HVAC component you are going to need to keep your condo comfortable! For the most part, we have been safe by keeping our heating plan on while in the time. The temperatures while in the day don’t get warm enough to justify the use of the central A/C, and the temperatures at night time are cold enough to require the oil furnace. Last week was an exception to the rule. The temperatures outside were genuinely warm, and I began dripping with sweat inside our house. Rather than deal with it like an adult, I decided to turn on the central A/C. The central A/C instantly began cooling the house, and it felt nice. However, I didn’t realize how cold it was going to get last night, and I didn’t remember to turn the central A/C off when I went to bed. When I woke up this morning, our condo was chilly. Thankfully, my room was still warm because of how many blankets I use, however our children’s room was cold from the furnace running, but maybe I should wait to turn on the central A/C until it is warm while in the night too.
