I can’t believe I hadn’t thought about getting a space heater sooner.
I just bought one last week from my heating contractor and it is absolutely perfect! I’m a bit of a klutz and I get cold easily, as a result of this I’m always having a blanket nearby and then half the times I end up tripping over my own blanket. I love my space heater because it is a portable space heater and I can take it with me anywhere I may need it. I still use a central heating system, in fact my heater is a gas heater. But I love the space heater so much more. Last night it snowed outside and it got cold pretty quick. I was trying to get a good night’s sleep but it seemed no matter how much I wrapped myself in the blankets, I could still feel the whisper of the chill. So I went over to my thermostat to turn on my heating system and then went into the living room and carried my space heater into my bedroom. I placed it next to my bed and turned it on and before I knew it with the space heater and my central heating system I was warm in no time. I even started to feel a bit hot. Once I was nice and cozy I slept great that night. I love having a space heater so much I just may call up my HVAC company and buy a 2nd, or even a third one. I could have one for every room and simply turn it off if it got too hot. I just may do that.
