I made the choice when all of us closed on our home that all of us didn’t need to purchase the loft warranty that my realtor provided us, but I thought that it was just one more way for them to make currency off of us at our real estate closing. I’ve never been a type of lady who believes in buying lots of insurance or anything similar to that. I tend to cross bridges when I come to them instead of worrying about what the future might bring, and well, after residing in our home for about a year, all of us started having some issues with our a/c. It would come on when all of us turned the control unit down, but the home never started to cool down a little bit. When all of us purchased the house, all of us were told that the a/c unit was more or less brand new. It wasn’t summertime when all of us purchased the location and so all of us never actually had to use the air conditioner all that much until this year. I think that if all of us had known that the a/c didn’t labor earlier on, we would all have had a case for some kind of a lemon law or something, anyway, there was no way that all of us could get the sellers to pay for fixing our air conditioner at this point. We ended up having to call our local Heating and A/C supplier and have them come out and do some air conditioner repairs for us. It cost a lot to get the a/c repairs done, and by the time all of us were done taking care of all of the bills, I was actually wishing that all of us had purchased the loft warranty.
