I was so happy when I purchased our first home, the beach lake house I purchased needed a lot of updates, however I knew over time I could make this lake house updated to the standards I wanted! As I moved into the home, I started making a list & prioritizing all of our update needs. This lake house was in the southern United States, & as the Summer approached, I could tell the cooling system I had would not be sustainable for long term use. Trying to be cost efficient, I found a portable a/c component that I thought would meet our needs, and it was only a 1 story small house, so I did not guess I could possibly need anything more than 1 portable unit, then unluckyly, I hastily l gained that even in a small space, I was not getting the air flow that I needed. Some rooms felt comfortable, while other rooms of the lake house were too hot… Even decreasing the location of the portable unit, there was not a single location that gave the cooling that I needed. In addition to this, the portable component was more noisy than I wanted, making it more challenging to sleep at night. I knew that I needed to find another solution to our temperature needs for long-term benefit in our new house. After doing research & finding a reputable Heating & A/C company, I decided to have an Heating & A/C component installed. Although it cost much more than a portable unit, I knew that I would see greater benefits for years to come with this purchase, however my lake house now had great a/c, & I was sleeping better than I had since moving there. I am ecstatic the addition of Heating & A/C was the first update I made to our new house.
