My family as well as I are always working at the church in our spare time.
All of us have been members of this congregation for roughly 13 years.
My partner as well as I were married in this church as well as moved to be members of the congregation. All of us often perform all types of jobs around the church. My partner is especially handy with a hammer, screwdriver, as well as wrench. All of us have a full wood working shop in our garage as well as she can make a chair or table from scratch relatively easily. She can fix just about anything that is totally broken… It’s truly one of the reasons why the group of us donate so much time to the church. My partner has saved them a tremendous amount of money on extravagant maintenance as well as repairs! Of course, some things cannot be repaired, and when the a/c machine actually quit working last week, my partner could not figure out how to fix the issue. All of us had to use church funds to hire a company that specializes in large commercial a/cs. All of us found out that the a/c machine needed to be upgraded. All of us barely had enough money in our accounts to make the upgradement, so the group of us decided to have a fundraiser last weekend. All of us raised a large amount of money while in the week-long carnival! Everyone in the community came together to solve this crisis. The a/c upgrade team will be here numerous mornings next month to complete the transfer. I can’t wait to see the current HVAC machine as well as easily feel the indoor air changes in the main room. The a/c machine has not worked right in numerous years. The cool air is going to feel excellent!
