I actually should have looked harder for a better locale to live, although I now live in this old home building with a real strict property owner, the landlord is always going around collecting all the rent as well as he will not tolerate any excuses for the rent being late even by a single afternoon, but both of us call the guy the King of Keys in the building, because he is always walking around with a set of keys for all the doors in the building! If you don’t open the door to pay him the rent, he will just open the door as well as make his way in to collect the rent from you… He has even gone into people’s apartments to collect rent when they weren’t even home! I think these people should be able to sue him for violating their privacy or splitting into their living space.
It’s not right for a landlord to do that type of thing.
