I have the worst seasonal pollen irritations and they have been even worse this year than usual.
I honestly don’t know what’s making them worse however I’ve been sneezing and coughing often for the past few weeks.
It’s been terrible for me, and I have run out of ideas for improving my situation! I looked online for a bunch of ways to get rid of pollen irritations, and a single thing that was mentioned was talking to your Heating plus A/C equipment corporation. I seriously thought that talking to our Heating plus A/C equipment contractor sounded like a very different thing to do to try and help with pollen irritations… But then I kept reading and the website I was reading mentioned all of these odd kinds of anti allergen air filters that are great for filtering out dust and pollen from your property’s air supply. Not only that, however having your HVAC ducts cleaned regularly can help with your pollen irritations as well. These things honestly made sense to me, especially since I don’t actually think that we’ve ever had an air duct cleaning done from the time that we moved into this property! It’s actually true that our Heating plus A/C equipment could use some attention. Obviously, it could help me deal with all of my terrible pollen irritations this year, however the other thing they talked about was installing a quality air purification system to run in tandem with your existing heating and cooling equipment! A quality air purification system can get rid of dust and debris that common air filters are not able to, and so that’s another thing that I’m going to have to look into.
