I have always had a reputation for not getting along with people.
A lot of people have always tried to bully me or talk about me being overweight and I would use my strongest muscle against them, my brain.
Sure, I may have been overweight for a large portion of my life, but I was able to outsmart people and put them to shame for giving me a hard time. I didn’t appreciate how people like that would try to make others feel bad for whatever reason. I realized at a young age that people like that are actually very insecure about themselves. I also learned that I could work to get everything in my life under control, including my physical fitness. I decided to get into nutritional counseling and I was able to learn all the best types of foods to eat to increase my energy levels and lose a little bit of weight as well. While I was starting to lose weight with healthy eating, I thought it would be great to improve my physical fitness as well. So I ended up talking to a personal trainer who was able to get me into all kinds of superb exercises. With the regular physical training and the eating of healthier foods, I started to become unrecognizable to other people. I am no longer overweight and I actually have a lot of muscles. I am working with about 2% body fat and that honestly is not bad. I have more energy than ever and I look great, but one thing I would never do is make fun of others who I used to be like. It’s not cool to make fun of people for being overweight.
