Helping out NFL and NBA stars with their physical fitness routines

I’ve never been big into complicated math or anything that forces me to think too hard.

On the other hand, I’ve always been a huge fan of sports and keeping my body in excellent physical condition.

I have always known to keep up with regular exercise and eating healthier types of foods. It’s all really about balancing your carbs, fats, and proteins. You don’t want to go for the fatty types of meats either, you want to go for the lean protein to give you the most energy. I recommend going with lean chicken or fish. Fish is great also because of the omega 3 fats that your body needs. I actually did great playing sports in school and especially did great with weight training and physical education, but I had to get a tutor in other subjects. I don’t know how physical education always came so natural to me and other things seemed to just hurt my head. I guess it just comes down to what motivates you and what you are interested in at the end of the day. I honestly could have done well enough in sports to probably get a scholarship, but for some reason I felt like my calling was to be a personal trainer. I wanted to be able to help all the pros with their nutritional counseling and various workout techniques to get them in optimum shape for playing various sports. I wanted to be that guy in the background that was really a big part of these people’s success. And so that’s what I became, a personal trainer and I’ve helped out some of the most successful NFL and NBA stars.
