She always ran the space oil furnace whenever the temperature was getting a little cold
I have a undoubtedly sizable phobia of snakes and occasionally it drives me a little bit crazy! I’m so scared of snakes that I dream about them occasionally and I even have eveningmares about them; Well, recently I was learning about strange ways to make sure that there are no snakes somewhere in or around your house, then since snakes are cold blooded, they like to stay in locations where there is lots of heating. For that actually reason, I don’t ever even run the heating program in my house. I feel that sounds ridiculous… However, I live in the part of the country where the temperatures don’t ever get actually cold… That’s one of the reasons that I don’t have to worry about running my gas furnace program actually often. However, once in a while the temperatures drop outside and that’s when I start to worry about those awful snakes somehow getting into my house. See, once my Grandma told me that she had a space oil furnace running in her basement because the weather was cooling off outside. She always ran the space oil furnace whenever the temperature was getting a little cold. Well, one afternoon, she went down into the basement to check on her space heater. There, on top of the space heater, was a sizable seasoned snake! She was all curled up enjoying the heating that was coming from the space heater! I think this story that my Grandma told me undoubtedly fueled my fear of snakes! But it undoubtedly also has kept me from spending a fortune on extravagant gas furnaces and Heating & A/C bills throughout my adult life, too.
