Bad experience with local Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business and servicing call.

My fiance and I pride ourselves on being able to manage and repair most issues that come to light in our rental beach house without needing to involve our landlord, then fortunately our fiance is honestly handy with household items, and I have a fantastic capacity to rest and read through instruction manuals and the like.

Between him and myself, both of us have been able to repair several issues with our appliances quickly and efficiently, but every one of us were stumped recently, though, with an ongoing issue with our a/c, but the fan was consistently turning on and off, the temperature in the house was never reaching what both of us had turned it down on the thermostat, and it seemed love the humidity levels were gradually adjusting to the point where it felt love a sauna inside, i was getting aggravated honestly quickly and wanted to involve our landlord immediately, however our fiance kept trying to problemshoot the condenser and thermostat to see what might be going wrong… He finally conceded defeat and both of us called the landlord to have them send out their Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker.

Every one of us couldn’t have been less impressed with the professionalism of the worker, or his overall knowledge. He claimed that both of us were not maintaining the system, which couldn’t have been further from the truth, and not once did the tech check the lines to see if there were any issues with blockages, nor did he see if the coils on the condenser were burnt out, but at the end of it, both of us still did not have a solution to our problem, and I had to file a complaint with the a/c business in order to get a more experienced worker to come out and assess the problem.
