I hate clutter so much, but my husband loves to collect things.
We knew that we were exact opposites when we got married, but let me tell you, marriage really brought out how difficult it is to live with someone that is the exact opposite of you. I really believe that it is good for both of us though. We complete each other. I have learned to be a little more laid back when it comes to stressing out about having too much stuff, and my husband has learned to be less of a hoarder. I am still trying to get him to get rid of more things, but I think that will be a never ending task. I love him dearly, so that really helps me to be patient with him about his collections of random things around the house. I found five air conditioners in the attic yesterday, and they were not there last year. I try to clean out the attic at least once a year, and I was super surprised to find five air conditioners up there. I remember him getting one of them from a garage sale, and we planned to use it this summer in our living room, but I have no idea when or where he got the other four air conditioners. I have to admit that I am a little upset about it because we do not need five air conditioners. We couldn’t even afford to use them all. I will be talking to him after work today about those AC units.
