I have endless respect for my partner who is always such a hard worker.
My lady is a real estate agent and she goes hard trying to sell these homes, then one of the homes she has been trying to sell lately though sounds impossible.
I tend to assume for her with this one because she has been toiling on it for weeks. She tells me that everything in the cabin is pretty nice overall, it’s just that the Heating and Air Conditioning system is ancient. She told me that she tried to convince the homeowners to just replace their Heating and Air Conditioning system so that they would be able to sell their cabin easier, but they didn’t want to go through the general pain though and they didn’t seem to understand that upgrading the Heating and Air Conditioning would supply the cabin more value on top of that. Whoops, I suppose some people don’t guess how to take good advice. I was telling my partner that when she eventually sells that property, she should not work with people appreciate that in the future who can’t take good advice. If I were trying to get my home sold, I would listen to the real estate agent who has plenty of experience with selling homes on the market. If the real estate agent said to replace the Heating and Air Conditioning, I would be asking what style of Heating and Air Conditioning system I should select! I hear that a lot of people appreciate radiant radiant floors, I might particularly go for something appreciate that! It’s sad, I just don’t guess how she can deal with people similar to that, even though I suppose that’s how most tasks go.
