I had purchased a whole household UV air purifier last year.
This whole home UV air purifier has been doing myself and others pretty well around the household… I have not had such excellent indoor air quality in this locale in several years! So I am legitimately thrilled with that, however this past month when I went to go and get our supply of HEPA air filters for the whole home UV air purifier, I got a faulty batch of them or something! All of the HEPA air filters ended up having small holes in them! It was like someone took some kinda pencil or something like that and poked these tiny holes in the HEPA air filters! I had to end up bringing them back to the store.
They actually argued with me about returning the HEPA air filters saying that it looked like something I did to them! This was how crazy this whole thing was… I honestly couldn’t figure out what caused it other than some kind of factory defect. It took me practically an hour of arguing with the store to get a replacement pack of HEPA air filters for our whole household UV air purifier, but finally after getting the manager to come out of the back, I got a replacement pack. I opened them right there in the store to see that they would be just great. And they had the holes too! They all apologised to me and had seen they got an awful batch. The following month they got another batch of the HEPA air filters in that were entirely good. It must have been a fluke.
