I had bought a whole home air purification system last year. This whole home air purification system has been doing me pretty well around the house. I have not had such great indoor air quality in this place in years! So I am very happy with that. However this past month when I went to go and get my supply of HEPA air filters for the whole home air purification system, I got a faulty batch of them or something! All of the HEPA air filters ended up having tiny holes in them! It was like someone took some kinda pencil or something like that and poked these tiny holes in the HEPA air filters! I had to end up bringing them back to the store. They actually argued with me on returning the HEPA air filters saying that it looked like something I did to them! This was how unusual this whole thing was. We couldn’t figure out what caused it other than some kind of factory defect. It took me almost an hour of arguing with the store to get a replacement pack of HEPA air filters for my whole home air purification system. But finally after getting the manager to come out of the back, I got a replacement pack. We opened them right there in the store to see that they would be fine. And they had the holes too! They all apologised to me and had seen they got a bad batch. The next week they got another batch of the HEPA air filters in that were good. It must have been a fluke.
