I called in for our annual cooling system unit servicing, about a week before Summer began.
- I never thought that I would need to call up the Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C supplier so I could remind them that the people I was with and I had an appointment.

I was told that they didn’t have me listed for servicing but they would be cheerful to schedule for me.
