My wife and I were watching a little TV early the other afternoon.
We don’t get an opportunity to watch TV together in the afternoon, because we’re either working or sleeping.
However, we were both home from work the other afternoon due to a blizzard. We had our central furnace cranked pretty high, because it was truly cold outside. The temperature had dropped below freezing! Anyway, we were watching a lot of TV together, and each channel we flipped to, it seemed that a heating plus air conditioner business was the sponsor! This was on all our local channels. This heating plus air conditioner business was one we never heard of before. We’ve been doing business with the heating plus air conditioner business in our local area for several years, but this other heating plus air conditioner business was one we’d never heard of. After about thirty minutes of seeing this Heating & A/C business being the sponsor of everything we watched, we decided to look them up on the internet. When we saw who they were, it looked very similar to the heating plus air conditioner business we were already working with. These people were just doing a big promotion on TV. How could they afford to sponsor plus be mentioned on all the local TV stations on nearly every program? We still don’t know. We thought we were going crazy or thought we may have been dreaming! We were both on some medicine for the flu, so we thought this could not be real. Unfortunately yes, it particularly was. It appears that this heating plus air conditioner business owns a ton of things in our area.
