Last week, I went to visit my brother in another state, and he lives far up north, just about as far north as you can get in our country, then of course, the temperature up there where he lives gets much colder than it does here where our house is; Both of us don’t really even have to worry about running the gas furnace often! As a matter of fact, the people I was with and I only run the gas furnace numerous or four weeks out of the year when the temperature outside starts cooling off more than normal, then last week, though, I went up north to see my brother plus the weather was so chilly there! She assured myself and others that the oil furnace in his house would be able to handle the chilly temperatures outside, though, however it’s the opposite at his house than it is at mine; They barely ever run the a/c however they run the gas furnace almost all year long.
On top of that, he also has a couple of wood burning fireplaces in the house plus multiple space furnaces for the chilly spots plus the garage.
Not only does he have a high efficiency gas furnace plus some fireplaces, although he plus his partner installed radiant heated flooring in the lavatorys plus home offices a couple of years ago. This was my first experience with radiant heated flooring, plus it was amazing! It almost makes myself and others wish that I could transport to a colder weather conditions just so I could have radiant heated flooring in my house, too! My brother likes his oil furnace plus he says that he constantly feels warm plus cozy in his house when the temperature control is turned up.
