Growing up with my father he was always teaching me how to fix things and work with my hands.
He would always talk to me about how the world is starting to change and with the change it is more important than ever to be able to take care of yourself.
My father passed away a few years ago, but the lessons that he was able to instill in me still remain. I currently am a manager at the number one HVAC ventilation heating and cooling company in the state and I absolutely love it. During the day I am able to use the skills that my father taught me to help out people who aren’t equipped with the tools and skills to repair their own heating and cooling units. While I’m not working, I spend my time in my small house in the country that I built all on my own, living off the land and building the things that I need. Despite the fact that I work at a heating and cooling company that offers all of its employees amazing discounts on the latest and greatest HVAC gear the only thing I have installed in my home to keep me warm during the long winters is a standard fireplace. It’s not fancy, but it gives me a chance to work for the comfort of having a warm home which I love. If you told me that most people think I’m crazy for living this way I would believe you, but I wouldn’t want to change a thing and I am thankful to my father for giving me the tools I needed to live this way.
