I don’t know if you believe in karma or anything like that, but after the events that took place a few days ago I am starting to buy into it.
Last weekend just as a massive blizzard was set to roll into town our heated gas furnace started to malfunction.
I am the type of person who gets stressed out when unexpected events such as this arises and I didn’t end up handling it very well. I made a call to the local HVAC ventilation heating and cooling company to come and help me out and I was not very nice about it even though it wasn’t their fault that the unit had broken down. Due to how rude and short I was to the HVAC repair tech that showed up to my house, he was quick to get the heated gas furnace up and running and get out. After only a few hours into the blizzard however, the furnace began to act up just as it was prior to the repair. Now that a few days have passed I am nearly one hundred percent certain that because I was rushing the HVAC repair tech he wasn’t able to address all of the problems the furnace truly had, which in turn led to me being stranded in a house with no warmth for the next three days. If only I would have been cordial and calm with that HVAC repair tech I wouldn’t have had to go through this ordeal. I guess I know who I am giving an apology to and an extra tip the next time I have an HVAC repair tech to my house.
