Being in this entirely tiny neighborhood in nearly the middle of nowhere is both nice and bad.
The nice area about it is all the peace and quiet all the time. The terrible area is that every one of us do not have a lot of the normal things that correct people around the town have! For instance our heating in addition to A/C supplier is so small that they only have a single certified heating and cooling contractor working there! It is a supplier and not an independent heating in addition to A/C contractor, and but they only have the 1 worker. This sometimes makes it taxing to get quality HVAC repair when a lot of people’s central heating in addition to A/Cs are going out on them at the same time. This happened last Summer. For some reason because the heat was so bad, every single last a single of us in the neighborhood had their air conditioning going out on them at the same exact time! The terrible heating in addition to A/C contractor from the local heating and cooling supplier was going crazy! She was trying to repair everyone’s heating in addition to A/C and there were people without air conditioning for a few afternoons because of the lack of HVAC workers around here, many people spent a lot of money going to hotels for the night or even a few afternoons; We hope that eventually this will all change and that they will hire on a 2nd or 3rd heating in addition to A/C workman to help out!
