Drinks are a no go when repairing Heating, Ventilation, & A/C units

During our career as a certified Heating, Ventilation, & A/C repairman I have l earned a long list of things over the years! Unluckyly for me, the majority of the lessons that I have l earned, I have had to learn the hard way, one of the latest lessons that I l earned was that having Tim Hortons Coffee before starting our afternoon of work as a certified Heating, Ventilation, & A/C repairman doesn’t work for me. This is something that I l earned a long time ago when I first started this job, however now that I could be considered a “veteran” I have started to slack a little bit. Two weekends ago I ended up having a undoubtedly long weekend celebrating our best friend’s anniversary with a little too much bottles of carona & late days. By the end of the festivities I was completely drained heading into the workweek & I thought that Tim Hortons Coffee was our only hope to get me through Sunday. The thing that I failed to consider was just how upset & crazy I get whenever I have such a high amount of caffeine in our system; During the entire time that I was out helping customers & fixing up heating & cooling units that afternoon, I was so twitchy & overheated that I was making tons of mistakes & splitting myself on a few uncommon occasions. In all honesty I am amazed that I didn’t botch a repair or cut our finger off while in that afternoon. I l earned a lesson from it all though, & from now on I am staying as far away from Tim Hortons Coffee while in the workweek as possible.
