Tea is a no go when repairing Heating, Ventilation, and A/C units

The thing that I failed to consider was just how sad and crazy I get whenever I have such a high amount of caffeine in our system… During the entire time that I was out helping clients and fixing up heating and cooling units that day, I was so twitchy and warm that I was making tons of mistakes and splitting myself on a few unusual occasions

During our career as a certified Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repairman I have l earned a long list of things over the years; Unluckyly for me, the majority of the lessons that I have l earned, I have had to learn the hard way; One of the latest lessons that I l earned was that having coffee before starting our day of work as a certified Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repairman does not work for me. This is something that I l earned a long time ago when I first started this job, but now that I could be considered a “veteran” I have started to slack a little bit. Two weekends ago I ended up having a unquestionably long weekend celebrating our best friend’s birthday with a little too much bottles of beer and late days, but by the end of the festivities I was completely drained heading into the workmonth and I thought that coffee was our only hope to get myself and others through Monday. The thing that I failed to consider was just how sad and crazy I get whenever I have such a high amount of caffeine in our system… During the entire time that I was out helping clients and fixing up heating and cooling units that day, I was so twitchy and warm that I was making tons of mistakes and splitting myself on a few unusual occasions. In all honesty I am amazed that I didn’t botch a repair or split our finger off while in that day. I l earned a lesson from it all though, and from now on I am staying as far away from coffee while in the workmonth as possible.
