Today I am meeting with my bandmate to try plus save our band.
My buddy and I make great music however have some structural problems within the band that are eroding it from the inside out.
The main issue is lack of communication from my bandmate, who is the official introvert artist, even though he can’t be an introvert with me or my buddy and I are not going to make it. He clams up when I try to talk about something plus then blows up later with a text message. I’ve gone through this before with other people plus am not going to do it again. HVAC device sales is what I do for labor each week plus if this band doesn’t labor out then I will find myself back to cleaning ducts in buildings plus hating life. There is nothing wrong with doing that kind of work, however when you have done it forever plus are ready to transfer on it can be soul sucking. My bandmate is a current company plus enjoys his labor even though he really enjoys to play music plus wants to make something happen. He just needs to be more open with his thoughts plus voice his opinion without being shy or afraid! My heating plus cooling company told me that he also is shy at labor plus runs into problems a lot with the employee because of his lack of communication with the HVAC purchasers. I will smooth this out tonight or my buddy and I will have to pack our bags plus go our separate ways, which would be distraught because there is so much potential.
