My neighbor bought a apartment with no HVAC system in it.
It would be one thing if he would have realized that there was no HVAC system in it, although he sort of went about getting the apartment illegally.
He is not the wisest person in the world, so he fell for a trick that someone played on him. A guy told him that he would sell him the apartment for only twenty thousand dollars. The guy showed him pictures, plus convinced him to buy the apartment without seeing it. I don’t know how the guy did that, however like I said, my neighbor is not the wisest guy around, then well, after he bought the apartment plus went to transport in, he realized that there was no HVAC system in the house. He didn’t have any source of heat or a/c. I felt awful for him in one sense, even though I also wanted to punch him because of how foolish he was. The apartment was nothing like the pictures the guy showed him, of course. He was quite upset, plus now, he has to pay thousands of dollars to get an HVAC system installed in his new home. He called an HVAC supplier to get a quote the other day, plus he was easily appalled by how much they are charging him to get an HVAC system installed in his home. I just hope that he can afford to get an HVAC system in his apartment because that would totally odor if he couldn’t. I gave to supply him money to help him pay for his new HVAC system, although he didn’t want to take my money unless easily necessary.
