My friend bought a house with no HVAC system in it. It would be one thing if he would have realized that there was no HVAC system in it, but he sort of went about getting the house illegally. He is not the wisest person in the world, so he fell for a trick that someone played on him. A guy told him that he would sell him the house for only twenty thousand dollars. The guy showed him pictures, and convinced him to buy the house without seeing it. I don’t know how the guy did that, but like I said, my friend is not the wisest guy around. Well, after he bought the house and went to move in, he realized that there was no HVAC system in the house. He didn’t have any source of heat or air conditioning. I felt bad for him in one sense, but I also wanted to punch him because of how foolish he was. The house was nothing like the pictures the guy showed him, of course. He was quite upset, and now, he has to pay thousands of dollars to get an HVAC system installed in his new home. He called an HVAC company to get a quote the other day, and he was absolutely appalled by how much they are charging him to get an HVAC system installed in his home. I just hope that he can afford to get an HVAC system in his house because that would totally stink if he couldn’t. I offered to give him money to help him pay for his new HVAC system, but he didn’t want to take my money unless absolutely necessary.
