Snow in Summer brings out oil furnace concern

Thankfully, the next afternoon it warmed up once again, and still, I decided to call out our oil furnace repairman to take a look at it.

This far north all of us only get a few months of hot weather and then it’s back to frigid chilly once again, the people I was with and I have a window air conditioner unit and all of us install it when the Summer weeks are approaching. Then all of us take it back out again just as the leaves start to turn. The people I was with and I actually only use the window air conditioner for a few mornings if the temperature gets into the high 78s, but well it’s September right now and I already had to disconnect our air conditioner and turn on the oil furnace because, I cannot guess it but, it’s snowing! The kids got out their snow gear and sleds and they are playing in the snow in the middle of September.I, on the other hand, was satisfied to stay inside with the oil furnace on! However, after a few hours of the oil furnace running, it started making a different noise whenever it would kick on, however i started worrying about the Winter time to come with a with our oil furnace making noises care about that. Thankfully, the next afternoon it warmed up once again, and still, I decided to call out our oil furnace repairman to take a look at it. I don’t want to take any opportunities with our dire winters. In a way, I’m glad for the Summer snow afternoon because it let me think about my oil furnace issues before it became an emergency situation. I just hope this does not end up costing us too much. I’m also debating if I should put the window air conditioner back in or not… After all, tomorrow it could be snowing or it could be 69°.
