My favorite time of year is when the whole family gets to go on a vacation together.

This year w drove as well as the drive was going to be very long so my friend and I stayed in a hotel for the night. When my friend and I got there my friend and I serviced in as well as went to our room. We opened the door as well as the first thing my friend and I noticed was how tepid it was in the room. We couldn’t even sit it it was so hot. We did not want to be staying in such a room. You walked in as well as instantly felt as if you were perspiring. We tried to turn the air conditioner on as well as nothing had happened then. We walked right back out as well as went to the front desk. We told them the problem as well as they apologized. They gave us a current room on the second floor. We walked up as well as the same thing happened. We opened the door to the room as well as it was so hot. We could not do anything with the air conditioner either. We had to walk all the way back downstairs. They apologized again as well as said they would provide us a current room however my friend and I were so angry that my friend and I left as well as went anywhere else. Not having air conditioner is something that the hotel should be aware of in every room, but guests at hotels depend on luxury as well as comfort. This hotel was truly lacking all of the above. They lost our company as well as I’m sure the company of multiple others as well.
