There are afternoons that I have no desire to go to work… This is absolutely true when you have worked over one week as well as have not had one afternoon off, your job just becomes so bad to be at.
Things like that is what makes you not want to be there or work there anymore! It is so hard to get yourself to get up as well as find the motivation to go.
I know this to also be true when the air conditioner in the job has stopped working, but my office feels like a sauna. I brought in a small fan to try to keep me comfortable throughout the afternoon however it even feels gross. I get the breeze from the fan despite the fact that I can still feel the humidity, but honestly, it is not a great locale to work right now. If anyone were thinking about working where I do I would steer them away right now, and what kind of company does not take care of their Heating as well as A/C system. This is important because now that I already don’t want to be there, on top of that I am uncomfortable all afternoon long. You could say that my work ethic has ever suffered from it quite a bit. Having air conditioner in a job not only allows customers to be thrilled, however the workers in the locale. They have to be there all afternoon long. To work in a locale that is no comfortable is not satisfying for workers at all. I am not even sure they are getting the problem fixed because it has been a whole week! Air conditioning is just as important in a job as is anything else.
