The smelly furnace was unpleasing and very concerning

The weather had become very cool, very fast.

I was not expecting the weather to become so cool.

It had been so cold one day we needed to turn the heat on. I really didn’t want to. I wanted to be able to put it off as long as possible. It was just too cold. I didn’t want to have to pay extra money each month because I was using the heat. It was just way too soon. I decided it had to go on anyway. There was no way I couldn’t turn it on. I turned it on and I had heard it kick on. It was working like it should have been. I had it run for about 5 minutes and something started to smell. I had no idea what awful smell that was. It was making me sick. I had to turn the furnace off. I actually could not stand it. I called my HVAC company about it. They said that at the beginning of the winter this can happen. The first time you run the furnace, it can put off an odor. it will go away though. You just have to make sure that the system is clean. One thing that helps is a good ventilation system. This will push out the bad air. It brings in new fresh air so smelly odors leave your home. It is one of the best ways to ensure your air is always fresh. Your home will never leave that smelly odor lingering in your home. That could be the dirty air that could cause you to get sick.
