Upon graduating from school, I accepted my dream job within a giant city.
I was so gleeful about my new job, although I was a little busy out about the living arrangements.
The company was giving me one month to find an apartment, which I thought would be plenty of time. However, after spending two weeks touring a bunch of different apartments, I realized that it was going to be a lot more competitive than I was expecting. I had a long list of requirements for my new place, however nothing within my budget had everything. I had to sacrifice quite a few things such as laundry & AC. The building gave heat, however there was no AC. I didn’t believe the lack of AC would bother me too much, however it entirely proved to be a immense issue. The small house was claustrophobic & the tiny window didn’t supply enough airflow to cool down the space naturally. During the Summer months, I found myself waking up in the middle of the night perspiring. I considered getting a portable fan, however there wasn’t enough floor space for it. Instead, I obtained a window AC equipment to fit in the tiny window. It was noisy & big, however it cooled my small house with ease. I could overlook the noise as long as it wasn’t taking up pricey real estate or costing me a advantage to run.The window AC equipment was the best way to cool my town house efficiently.
