My dog is not happy with the changes I have made to the heating device

I love heat, lots of it.

So does my dog.

It is something we have become accustomed to. Before moving into my new residence, I stayed with my parents, minus the dog. I got the dog after moving out. At my parent’s house, we had a furnace that was blasting lots of heat on command. However, I was a big fan and hoped to find a home without one. I wanted to go for something with less demanding heating repair costs in case it gave out. I don’t know whether to consider it luck or not, but I ended up in a house with a traditional fireplace. Such dwellings were common there because they are deep in the countryside, and it can get cold. Once I moved in, it took me about six months to have the house to my liking. During this time, I monitored the heating equipment and noted a few things I didn’t like about it; for example, it was not suitable for every room. So I made my way to a heating dealership to figure out how best to improve heating in my house, even if it meant buying an additional heating device but one that doesn’t need HVAC installation. I settled for a portable electric heater after checking around and talking to a heating technician. To be sure, I asked one of the heating specialists around to confirm it was the right size for my house and needs. Once I left for home, I started using the fireplace less and less, and my dog noted this because she always lay close by for warmth. I had to regulate it to help her get used to it. It took us time to adjust, but I aimed to ensure that we were both comfortable. Thanks to the heating company, the only heating maintenance I get regularly is for the thermostat from a designated HVAC professional.
