I play in a song performance group with another heating plus A/C serviceman that I toil with.
My buddy and I have been working together for about three years now, plus my associate and I have consistently gotten along pretty well.
However, up until about a year ago, neither one of us entirely knew that my associate and I both played songs. I play the guitar and keys plus my friend plays the fiddle. My buddy and I both care about outdated country songs, so my associate and I started doing some gigs together on the weekends sometimes when my associate and I weren’t working at the heating plus A/C dealer. At first, those gigs were few plus far between because my associate and I were consistently working on the weekends! My buddy and I both had to do extra hours at the heating plus A/C business on the weekends because my associate and I didn’t have enough help at the time. My buddy and I needed to hire a few more heating plus A/C servicemen so that my associate and I could rotate weekends before my associate and I were able to actually get extreme about working on our band during the weekends. Now, the owner of the heating plus A/C business finally decided to hire a few extra guys, so my associate and I rotate weekends. These days, she works the first weekend of the month doing heating system repairs plus maintenance plus after that I toil the second weekend. Usually I do heating system upgrades or heat pump upgrades. Then that leaves us the last two weekends of the month to go out plus play songs to our hearts’ content! My close buddy and I are entirely living the dream right now. I care about my heating plus A/C job although I consistently care about playing songs, so my associate and I have the best of both worlds at this point.
