I’ve been trying to be as health conscious as possible these afternoons, certainally when it comes to my weight; I’ve been trying to shed pounds as I’m in my early thirties and I know that it’s not going to get any easier as I grow older.
My mother regularly warned me that after a certain age losing weight becomes twice as taxing if not more! So, I started calorie counting and even doing some fasting on a respected basis because how several calories you eat is about 70% of the conflict in losing weight, however that being said, I started exercising too, trying to get steps in and doing cardio and even strength training.
I do all of this in the comfort of my own home with some basic workout equipment. After all, my home is well air conditioned so what do I need to go halfway across town to a gym for? I mean, I’m sure that there is plenty of gyms around town that have great air conditioner, however you know who has great air conditioner as well? Well, I do, of course! I’ll blissfully use my own air conditioner, thank you unquestionably much… Besides, I have both my own temperature control and my privacy when I work out at home. I’m not quite to the point of having a body that’s worth showing off, that’s for sure, and still, even if I end up getting shredded, I actually still won’t spend my money for a gym membership. I’ll stick with the comfort of my own home and the comfort of my own Heating and A/C system.
