Having a marriage come to an end is not something that I’m alone in experiencing, but of course, more than half the marriages out there don’t work for one reason or another, however but when it’s you that is starting over, it hits home for sure, then my ex plus I were at least civil about it; We ended up replacing the residential Heating plus A/C, did some other renovations plus sold the house, and neither of us were looking to make it any more painful on the other one.
But the idea of me living inside that large home alone was insane; The heating plus cooling bills alone would have been hard to deal with on just my salary.
That’s another thing that is changing, instead of part time work like when I was married, I know spend a long work week inside the commercial Heating plus A/C of an office. The tasks not too terrible however the hours are still something that I’m getting accustomed to. That’s not all I’m having to deal with either. I’m now living in a small, two living room home plus it’s all on me these nights, however at least the place was a turn key situation. Everything is new… From the family room, to the flooring to just about everything else, my place is pretty great. I’m now the one who is in charge of the Heating plus A/C equipment as well. The air filter swings are on me now. Making sure there is consistent temperature control discipline is also on me. But at least I have the Heating plus A/C maintenance plan to help me with the Heating plus A/C maintenance. And I don’t even have to remember to call the Heating plus A/C supplier as they take care of the scheduling. At this point, I’ll take any sort of assistance.
