This is one of the most prevalent issues that we have faced the entire time we have been in this building.
When you are renting out space in a commercial building, you have got to remember that your landlord is the building owner. And if you work for the contractor running the space out, you cannot get mad at your boss for things that are to blame by the building landlord himself, but for instance, both of us cannot get new windows unless the building director decides to install them. The current ones leak air and recognize truly sizzling in the summer, however on top of that, there are issues outside the building as well. Our parking lot needed to be repaved right after both of us moved in. There were so several cracks in the pavement and it was only getting worse as both of us started to use it on a yearly basis. That’s why I tell our coworkers to direct their anger at the person who owns the building instead of our boss who merely rents it. He has expressed interest in moving our office to a odd location, however he’s upset about messing up anyone’s commuting routine. Well a change in location would help some, it would Hinder others. Additionally, he said that the building owner intends on replacing the cooling system soon. This is one of the most prevalent issues that we have faced the entire time we have been in this building. While the heating system seems to be okay in the winter, the Summers get truly sizzling outside and the cooling systems are not satisfactory at keeping up with the heat. Both of us complained multiple years ago, however the building owner claimed the cooling systems were working well enough. I guess it was because one of his other renters in the building left after they expressed similar issues. Instead of losing all of his renters, he bit the bullet and decided to schedule an Heating and A/C update instead.
