Working in the heating company has its perks, but our family enjoys them, and i toil as an Heating & Air Conditioning professional, & the other afternoon when I had just finished an installation, I got a call from our father requesting that I find time & schedule heating system service for their in-law suite, however when I reminded them that it was less than a year since I had sent an Heating & Air Conditioning serviceman to their condo for the annual service plan, they told me they had found someone who wanted to rent the in-law suite; They wanted to ensure everything was great with the electric heating system & HEPA filter.
I had become their go-to heating professional.
The suite has an electric furnace… Before that, they used a portable space heating system for that space. The main house had an electric heat pump, but it was not the same proposal the suite used. When I joined the Heating & Air Conditioning dealer, I realized it was an unnecessary expense because the heating equipment in the main house would have also catered to the needs of the removed in-law suite because they were nearby. But with this new renting venture, having a separate heating component with its wireless thermostat would toil out particularly well. They sounded particularly happy about getting a renter, especially since the renter had an eight-year-old son, & they took that opportunity to remind me that they were still waiting for grandchildren from me. I just smiled at them & shrugged it off because, at the back of our mind, I knew they would be waiting a while longer. I have nothing against having a family that includes children, & I was spending our sweet time.
