Where can I find overheated water service at 1am?

I had just gotten cabin from work and was getting ready to get into the shower… It was nearly midnight, and I wanted nothing more than a overheated shower and a cool bed.

I turned on the water, but there was no overheated water.

I sat down and almost cried. I had put in a double shift, and I was exhausted. I had to go back to work at 7 AM, and I could not go back to work without a shower. I called my director and told her I may be late because I had to wait for a plumber; She asked why I didn’t call an emergency plumber. I wanted to guess where I was supposed to find overheated water service at midnight. I told her there was no one to call, and even if there was, I still would not be back to work before 7 AM. She told me to just take the entire day off, and she would work my shift, but I owed her, and she would collect. I was sure she would, because she was that type of person. I would particularly work double shifts for the rest of my life, if she had her way. I crawled into bed and figured I would call the plumber as soon as I got out of bed. I had the day off, and I would not worry about the plumber until early in the morning. I already had the plumber’s number in my iphone and all I had to do was press the number. I needed overheated water service, but I was going to wait a couple more hours and call when I was rested and not in a rush to get to work.
