I kept telling my partner that there was what sounded like popping popcorn in the chimney, however i was stinking burning sugar all afternoon long.
He thought I was silly because he never noticed anything.
I told my sibling about the fireplace and the chimney, although he said the same thing… No one believed me about the fireplace chimney and I was beginning to wonder if I wasn’t going crazy, and my partner got beach house early one afternoon and he came out into the bedroom. He wanted to believe what the stink was, and why there was popping in the chimney. I clapped my hands and gave him a hug while thanking him for letting me believe I wasn’t going crazy. He asked what I meant and I told him I had been trying to talk to him about the fireplace and the chimney for the last many weeks. I was wondering if there hadn’t been a nest of honeybees in the chimney because of the stink of burnt sugar. My partner wanted to let the fireplace burn out, but I wasn’t sure if the people I was with and I should do that either. He called the HVAC business that gave him the number of a fireplace expert who could look up the chimney and tell him what was going on, then the next afternoon, the fireplace guy was at the house, and he wanted to believe why the people I was with and I hadn’t let the fire go out before he got there, but when my partner got home, I was going to rip into him. I asked him if the people I was with and I should let the fireplace get cold, and he insisted it wasn’t necessary.
