Tirelessly looking for the right air conditioning system

My fiance was determined to get a house that would meet everything on our wish list.

He was sure it was possible, but I told him we had to compromise; otherwise, we would only find a house if we built our own.

After a month of back and forth, he finally agreed to compromise on something, but the one thing he was not going to compromise on was the a/c install. He was determined to wait up to a year if it meant that we would find a house with quality HVAC equipment. As for me, as long as the cooling products were in good condition and would help with indoor comfort and air purification, they all required regular air conditioning filter replacement. My partner was on a mission and planned to see it through. After eight months of tirelessly house hunting, we found one with a new air conditioning system that miraculously impressed my fiance. I was absent when he viewed the house, and at first, I thought it was an electric heat pump since he had it on his wish list, but that was only part of it. It was a dual-fuel system. Despite his excitement, he still had to call the air conditioning company to send an a/c rep who would accompany us to assess the unit. The house had a big lawn which neither of us wanted because we enjoyed the responsibility of mowing the property. Still, he was willing to take that responsibility if the a/c workman confirmed that the unit with an impressive SEER rating was in good condition. When the a/c worker told us all it needed was a/c care and cleaning the washable filter, I knew we had found our home. After the a/c repair, it was as good as new.
